Ways To Sleep Well Tonight
Many of us have trouble sleeping occasionally or maybe even often. Being unable to sleep and constantly turning back and forth is one of the most irritating and unhealthy situations we've been in. I will teach you ten ways to sleep well tonight.

1. Avoid Electronics at Night: 

Try to avoid watching TV or going on your phone for a while two hours before you sleep. The light produced by electronics play a factor for insomnia.

2. Avoid Too Much Caffeine:

 Drinking too much coffee, soda, or energy drinks will energize your brain and it makes it very difficult for you to sleep while you're hyper.

3. Meditate Before Bed: 

Meditating before you sleep will significantly calm and tranquilize your brain. You will be able to sleep much easier after meditation because your brain will be relaxed and you'll be less prone to overthinking.

4. Colder The Better:

 Your bedroom temperature should definitely be leaning on the cooler side of the thermostat. It's much more comfortable to sleep when the air is cold.

5. Consume Less Before Bed:

 You shouldn't be drinking and eating too much before you sleep. Water is fine, but not too much as it may make you want to use the bathroom. 

6. Limit Lighting:

 Close the blinds, close the door, turn off the electronics, turn off all the lights, and you should already begin to feel the tranquility seeping into your head.

7. Get a Comfortable Bed:

 You should save up and buy a bed with a very comfortable and soft mattress with great padding. It will definitely pay off for more than a decade. Be sure to have high quality pillows if your neck or head feels uncomfortable when trying to sleep.

8. Exercise Regularly:

 You should exercise during the day for at least an hour to have a better sleep. Also, you should avoid exercising before you sleep.

9. Take Naps:

 Taking short 10 minute naps during the day will not only improve your sleep quality at night, but is healthy for your body as well.

10. Daytime Light Exposure:

 Make sure that you are exposed to two or three hours of sunlight outside. You should be outside for that amount of time during the day anyways.
